山楂沙棘片对混合型高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响
Effect of Hawthorn and Sea-buckthorn Tablet on Blood Lipid in Rats with Combined Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
To observe the effect of hawthorn and sea-buckthom tablet (HST) on blood lipid in rats with combined hyperlipedemia.All the rats were taking blood from angular vein before experiment and determined triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum.Based on total cholcstcrol(TC) in serum,the rats were equally divided into five groups:control group,model group,HST high-dose group(1 g/kg),HST middle-dose group(0.5g/kg),HST low-dose group(0.25g/kg).The rats in control group feed on normal forage,the rats in other groups feed on hypcrlipid diet.All the groups were given their own test substance by gavage once a day for 8 weeks.Compared with control group,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in serm of Rats in model group were increased significantly(P ＜ 0.01).Compared with model group,high dose HST could obviously decrease the concentration of TC(P ＜ 0.05),significantly decrease the concentration of LDL-C(P ＜ 0.01) in the serum of rats,significantly increase the index of HDL-C/C (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with model group,middle dose HST could obviously decrease the concentration of TC and LDL-C(P ＜ 0.05) in the serum of rats,significantly increase the index ofHDL-C/C(P ＜ 0.01).HST could decrease the blood lipid level of rats with combined hyperlipidmia.关键词
