气相色谱法测定辅助降血脂软胶囊中大蒜素含量
Quantitative Determination Method of Allicin in Soft Capsules on Auxiliary Hypolipidemic by Gas Chromatography

Abstract
A method for the quantitative determination ofallicin in soft capsules for auxiliary hypoglycemic by gas chromatography (GC) was established.FID detector.The GC column is capillary column HP-5(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm).The column temperature is 100℃ (3min).The temperature was increased by 10℃ per minute until 150℃and then was increased by 20℃ per minute until 200℃.Nitrogen was used as carrier gas.The the hydrogen flow rate is 40mL/min,the air flow rate is 400mL/min.The injection volume is 1μL-3μL.Results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of allicin solution and the peak area in the concentration range of 0.5mg/mL to 2.5mg/mL,Y=579.48x+4.8355,R2=0.9999.The average recovery rate is 98.65％,and RSD is 0.30％.The RSD of accuracy,stability and repeatability test,are 0.35％,1.30％ and 0.63％,respectively.This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which provides a feasible basis for the study of quality standard ofhypolipidemic soft capsules.关键词
