摘要

Abstract

Telomere shortening is the signal of cell senescence.Detection of telomerase activity can indirectly determine cell state.Telomerase activity affect permanent stagnation of embryonic development by p66Shc.Herein,relationship between telomerase activity and permanently arrest of mammalian oocytes or embryos and detection methods oftelomerase activity,the advantage and disadvantage ofvario us methods are reviewed,including TRAP,TRAP-ELISA,TRAP-silver stainined assay,HCR chain reaction signal amplification combined with magnetic separation technology and Methylene blue as G-quadruplex binding probe,Hemin-graphene conjugational colorimetric method,Label-free molecular beacons-based cascade amplification DNA machine.
