三步推拿法治疗颈型颈椎病临床推广应用研究
Study on the popularization and application in the three-steps manipulation for treating cervical spondylosis

Abstract
[Objective] To further expound and prove the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis with three-steps manipulation, and to research the value of popularization and application in the basic medical institutions. [Methods] The study adopted three popularizing models. The 270 patient cases with cervical spondylosis were selected. Each 90 cases were from municipal hospital, district hospital and community health center. The trials were randomly divided into three-steps manipulation group, traction treatment group and traditional manipulation group. Compare the clinical efficacy among the three hospitals. Opt Neck Disabi1ity Index (NDI) and Visual Analogues Scale (VAS) qua the observation index sign for quantitative curative effects. [Results] The total clinical efficiency of three-steps manipulation group, traction treatment group and traditional manipulation group were 90.00％, 73.33％and 86.67％.These ratio of cure has obvious statistical difference (P<0.05). The ratio of cure with three-step manipulation has no statistical difference among three different hospitals (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Three-steps manipulation treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy equivalent to the traditional manipulation, but is better than the single traction treatment obviously. It has the characteristics of simple and easy to master, and it is suitable for using in base hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinical technology.关键词
