火针点刺心俞、膈俞穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of postherpetic neuralgia by pricking Xinshu and Geshu with fire needle. [Methods] The 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group (each 30 cases). The control group was treated with pregabalin, 50 mg each time, 3 times a day and 10 days as a course of treatment. The observation group was treated with pregabalin combined with fire needle, the prescription of pregabalin was the same as the control group, while the fire needle pricking Xinshu and Geshu points, each hole pricking 3 needle with the depth of 6～8 mm, 1 time every 2 days and 5 times compose a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores and Dermatology Life Quality Index scale (DLQI) scores were observed before and after treatment together with the total effective rate. [Results] After a course of treatment, the VAS scores and DLQI scores were (2.03 ±1.38), (4.61 ±3.61) and (1.43 ±1.31), (3.28 ±2.98) in the two groups, the scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.33％in the observation group, which was 66.67％higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Treating postherpetic neuralgia with fire needle by pricking Xinshu and Geshu points can significantly relieve the pain in patients and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
