Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the XELOX chemotherapy on efficacy and immune level of gastric cancer.Methods:Seventy-five patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into XELOX group and FOLFOX6 group according to the time of admission.XELOX group (n=39) was given XELOX chemotherapy regimen,FOLFOX6 group (n =36) was given FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen.The efficacy of the two groups were observed,the levels of CD3 +,CD4+ and CD8 + were measured and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After the treatment with two chemotherapy regimens,the total effective rate of XELOX group was 66.67％,which was significantly higher than that of FOLFOX6 group 52.78％ (P＜0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4 + and CD8 + were significantly decreased in both groups,while the indexes in XELOX group was significantly higher than that in FOLFOX6 group (P＜0.05).The digestive response and hematologic toxicity of XELOX group were significantly lower than those of FOLFOX6 group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:XELOX chemotherapy regimen has a good effect on gastric cancer,can reduce the damage on immune function,is conducive to the recovery of immune function in patients after chemotherapy,and has less adverse reactions.关键词
