Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the expression and diagnostic value of TTF-1,Ki-67 and CK19 in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods:Sixty six patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma and 50 patients with nodular goiter from January to December 2016 in our department were selected,and the expression of TTF-1,Ki-67 and CK19 in the pathdogic tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rate of TTF-1,Ki-67 and CK19 in patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma were 95.5％,96.9％ and 89.7％,significantly higher than those of 88.0％,12.0％ and 16.0％ in patients with nodular goiter,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01).Conclusion:TTF-1,Ki-67 and CK19 have application value in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.关键词
