摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the anesthesia methond of laryngeal papilloma in children with severe airway obstruction.Methods:Fifty children with severe airway obstruction of laryngeal papilloma who received 117 times surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from July 2007 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The perioperative anesthetic methods were recorded and the anesthetic effect was analyzed.Results:The patients had good mood after entering the room,the vital signs were stable and the anesthetic effect was satisfactory.The operation was completed successfully and the perioperative period was safely passed.Conclusion:Preoperative psychological intervention and sufficient assessment,the safe method of anesthesia induction and endotracheal intubation,reasonable anesthesia maintain,close monitoring of recovery are the key of perioperative anesthesia for severe airway obstruction of laryngeal papilloma.关键词
