摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ectopic hydatidiform mole,and to evaluate its prognosis.Methods:Four cases of ectopic hydatidiform mole in our hospital in recent 15 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases had history of menopause and irregular vaginal bleeding,3 cases received surgical treatment because of ectopic pregnancy and were diagnosised by pathology examination during or after operation,2 cases were confirmed the oviduct hydatidiform mole,the other was broad ligament hydatidiform mole.Another case was ectopic hydatidiform mole of uterine wall,because the patient was unmarried,she received 2 course of arterial infusion chemotherapy and 4 courses of intravenous chemotherapy,left hospital after recovery.Conclusion:The clinical manifestation of ectopic hydatidiform mole and ectopic pregnancy are very similar,diagnosis is mainly based on pathologic results,main treatment is operation,chemotherapy should be given after operation.Ectopic hydatidiform mole of uterine wall is extremely rare,it is difficult to identify with erosive hydatidiform mole,however,satisfactory therapeutic effect can be achieved by chemotherapy.关键词
