Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of blood donation adverse reaction in military,and make measures to reduce the incidence rate of blood donation adverse reaction.Methods:A total of 2 960 cases with blood donation were divided into control group(n =1 400) and intervention group(n =1 560).The control group was given usual care,and the intervention group was given psychological intervention care.The incidence rate of blood donation adverse reaction between two groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of blood donation adverse reaction in intervention group was 6％,which was lower than that in control group 16％,the difference was significantly (P ＜ 0.05) Conclusion:The blood donation knowledge should be given to the donors before the blood collection,and choose comfortable spacious indoor environment.Positive psychological intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of blood donation adverse reaction.关键词
