上海地区猴免疫缺陷病毒和猴D型逆转录病毒感染的血清学调查
Serological survey of simian immunodeficiency virus and simian type D retrovirus infection in Shanghai area
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the epidemics of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) and simian type D retrovirus (SRV) in Shanghai area,a total of 475 monkey serum samples from several monkey farms during 2012 to 2015 were tested by indirect ELISA.The results showed that of the total 475 sera tested,20 were positive for SIV antibody with a positive rate of 4.21％,while one sample was positive for SRV antibody with a positive rate of 0.21％.There was no significant correlation between the positive rate and the sampling year.These data provided the reference basis for the prevention of SIV and SRV infection in Shanghai.关键词
