Research advance on active compositions and physiological functions of sugar cane extracts
摘要
Abstract
Food safety has always been a global issue.In many research fields of food safety,plant source functional extract has been one of the research focuses.This paper mainly focuses on the sugar cane extract (SCE) from sugar industry.SCE consists of many bioactive ingredients such as total polyphenol,rosemary acid,stibene glucoside and wogonoside.SCE also has many physiological functions such as weight promotion,bacteria resistance,oxidation resistance,anti-virus,anti-stress,antitumous,immunity promotion and liver protection.There is a broad application prospect of SCE in the fields of feed functional additives.关键词
