山羊胎肝内定位注射不同体积间充质干细胞对胎羊发育的影响
Effect of stereotaxic injection of mesenchymal stem cells of different volumes into goat fetal liver on the development of fetal goat
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of stereotaxic injection of mesenchymal stem cells of different volumes into goat fetal liver on the development of fetal goat. Methods Ten suspected pregnant she-goats received B-mode ultrasonography, the number and gender of fetal goats were observed, and the position of fetal liver was determined.About three months of pregnancy, these she-goats received B-mode ultrasonography guided puncture to the fetal liver and injected with the suspension of caprine bone marrow-derived MSCs in different volumes and with different numbers of cells into the parenchyma region of fetal liver. They were then carefully nursed and observed whether they would have abortion or not. Results Through B-mode ultrasonography, six of 10 suspected pregnant she-goats were diagnosed pregnant, with the fetal heat found beating and the fetal liver blood flowing, and the position of fetal liver was determined;guided by the B-mode ultrasonography, the MSC suspension could be accurately injected into the parenchyma region of fetal liver;injection of 1ml MSC suspension was safe and did not lead to abortion, while injection of 4ml MSC suspension with equal number of cells resulted in abortion. Conclusion B-mode ultrasonography could help diagnose pregnancy of she-goats and determine the position of fetal liver;injection of 1ml suspension of caprine bone marrow-derived MSCs into the fetal liver will not lead to abortion, while injection of 4ml suspension with equal number of MSCs is prone to cause abortion.关键词
