摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of deproteinized calf serum extract combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD).Methods A total of 68 ICVD patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (n=34,respectively).The control group was treated with butylphthalide in addition to the basic treatment, while the observation group was additionally given deproteinized calf serum extract on the basis of the treatment performed on the control group, and both groups were treated for 21 d.The cerebrovascular reserve capability (CVR),the carotid intima-media thickness, the score of plaque Crous, the plaque echo and other index changes were measured before and after the treatment and the neurological symptoms were evaluated by means of NIHSS.Results After treatment, the CVR,BHI and MCV increased significantly in both groups, and the increases in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group (P < 0.05);the levels of IMT,score of Crous and instable plaque count were markedly lower than those before the treatment and the levels in the observe group were much lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);the score of NIHSS decreased sharply and the Barthel index increased in both groups, and the range of variations in the control group was bigger than that in the control group (P < 0.05);the incidence rate showed no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The deproteinized calf serum extract combined with butylphthalide significantly can improve the clinical efficacy on ICVD,relieve symptoms of ischemic-hypoxia,reduce the thickness of carotid artery plaque, and facilitate the recovery of neurological function of patients.关键词
