Abstract
Wheat bran contains high crude fiber and anti-nutritional factors,by selecting the appropriate combination of micro-organisms and fermentation process to change the structure of bran fiber,reduce the anti-nutritional factor content,improve protein content,fermentation degradation of wheat bran in mycotoxins.The preparation of bio-health feed with antioxidant function,riching in soluble dietary fiber and xylo-oligosaccharides,organic acids,probiotics and unknown growth factors is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of animals and increase the added value of bran.This paper reviews the functional characteristics of fermented bran and its application in animal feed,and provides a reference for the development and application of fermented bran.关键词
