Ghrelin及其相关基因mRNA在海兰褐蛋鸡不同蛋阶段的表达化
Expression Changes of Ghrelin and Ghrelin-Related Genes during Different Laying Stages of Hyline Brown Hens

Abstract
In this study,Ghrelin content in plasma and ovarian,the expression level of Ghrelin,GHSR (growth hormone secretagogue receptor) and GOAT (ghrelin O-acyltransferase) mRNAs in ovarian and proventriculus of Hy-Line Brown chickens were detected using ELISA and qRT-PCR assays to explore the change regularity of chicken Ghrelin,GHSR and GOAT during pre laying period,laying peak and late laying period.We hoped it would provide the theory basis for inducing the expression of Ghrelin to promote the growth and development of follicle and laying rate,and prolong the laying cycle.The results demonstrated that there were no obvious changes in plasma Ghrelin and the expression levels of Ghrelin,GHSR and GOAT mRNA in proventriculus in the different laying period.In ovarian,however,the expression ofGhrelin mRNA in Laying peak period increased by 98.2％ than that of pre-laying period (P＜0.05),while the expression of Ghrelin mRNA in late laying period decline by 25％ than that of laying peak,but there was no significant difference between them (P＞0.05).The pattern of GHSR and GOAT mRNA expression in ovarian was the similar as Ghrelin mRNA,which was higher expression levels in laying peak than pre-laying period and late laying period (P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between Pre laying period and late laying period (P＞0.05).These results suggested that the expression levels ofGhrelin,GHSR and GOAT mRNA in Hy-Line Brown chickens ovarian were related with its laying period.关键词
