Impact of High Temperature on Reproductive Performance of Sows and Its Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
In the pig production,the reproductive performance of sows affects the benefits of pig farms directly.Besides the breeds,nutrition,and disease and other factors,the reproductive performance of sows is influenced by environment greatly.Among all the environmental factors,such as humidity and light,the ambient temperature is the most obvious.In this paper,the effects of high temperature on reproductive performance of the sows and their offspring were reviewed to provide basic data and theoretical basis for better control of ambient temperature for sow to obtain greater economic benefit.关键词
