Abstract
Keratinase is a kind of enzyme with a ability of degrading keratin produced by microorganisms,it can be used to degrade the poultry feathers and animal hair.This article aims to introduced the sources,basic properties,detection methods,the applications of keratinase in feed industry and the effects in animal production tests.关键词
