Abstract
Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a new perioperative concept that aims to reduce perioperative stress response and accelerate rehabilitation of patients through a variety of optimized management.With the wider application of this concept,the effective implementation of ERAS program has become a new challenge.Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) has shown promising value in the preoperative assessment,perioperative optimization,and postoperative rehabilitation of ERAS.This article reviews the application of CPET in ERAS,with an attempt to provide evidence for more detailed and comprehensive ERAS program.关键词
