慢性乙型肝炎及其合并脂肪肝患者各级纤维化声触诊组织量化技术测值的对比研究
Comparative study of VTQ of different levels of fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and chronic hepatitis B combined with fatty liver

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of fatty liver on the measurement of virtual touch quantification (VTQ) in patients with hepatitis B. Methods:The VTQ value of 311 patients with chronic hepatitis B (study group) and another 311 patients with chronic hepatitis B combined with fatty liver (control group) were analyzed retrospectively. According to the classification of pathological liver fibrosis,two groups were grouped as S0,S1,S2,S3 and S4. The independent sample t-test of the mean VTQ value of two groups with the same level of fibrosis was conducted. Results:The patients with chronic hepatitis B had no grade S0. The VTQ values of S1～S4 level of study group had no significances with those of control group (all P>0.05). Conclusions:There was no significant difference in VTQ value of all levels of fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and chronic hep-atitis B with fatty liver.关键词
