宫腔水造影联合经阴道三维超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography in uterine endometrial polyps

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography (3D-TVS) in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods:A total of 66 patients (who were suspected endome-trial polyps) were examined by two-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound (2D-TVS),3D-TVS and saline infusion sonohysterogra-phy. Then with hysteroscopy results as the "gold standard",the value of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with 3D-TVS in diagnosis of endometrial polyps was analyzed. Results:The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accordance rate of 2D-TVS and 3D-TVS in diagnosing endometrial polyps were respectively 78.95％,44.44％,74.24％ and 82.46％,66.67％,80.30％. While sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accordance rate of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with 3D-TVS were 96.49％, 77.78％,93.94％. Conclusion:Saline infusion sonohysterography combined with 3D-TVS has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps than only 2D-TVS,3D-TVS,which can provide reliable information for early clinical treatment.关键词
