VTQ和超声微泡造影技术对大鼠肝纤维化的评估价值研究
Assessement of hepatic fibrosis by virtual tough tissues quantification and ultrasound microbubbles in rats

Abstract
Objective To apply virtual tough tissues quantification (VTQ) and ultrasound microbubbles techniques in evaluation of hepatic fibrosis in rats.Methods Eighty four SPF male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into model group (n=70) and control group(n=14).Liver fibrosis was induced by injection of thioacetamide(TAA) in model group,while equal volume of normal saline was injected in control group.The liver shear wave velocity (Vs) was examined with VTQ,the time to peak (TTP),peak intensity (PI),mean transit time(MTT),AUC and hepatic artery to hepatic vein transit time (HA-HVTT) were determined with ultrasonic microbubbles.Results The degree of liver fibrosis in rats was positively correlated with Vs (r=0.887,P<0.05),negatively correlated with PI,AUC and HA-HVTT(r=-0.615,-0.782 and-0.575,all P<0.05).With the increase of hepatic fibrosis degree,Vs increased and Pi,AUC,HA-HVTT decreased.The sensitivity and specificity of Vs in diagnosis of liver fibrosis degree in rats were the highest,followed by AUC time,while those of HA-HVTTis and PI were similar.Conclusion VTQ and ultrasound microbubbles might be used in evaluating stages of liver fibrosis clinically and further studies should be conducted.关键词
