Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery(LECS) for gastric stromal tumors (GST) by systematic review and meta-analysis.Methods The literature comparing LECS and open resection (OPEN) for GST was searched from several international online databases.After screening for inclusion,quality assessment,and data extraction,meta-analysis was conducted.Results Sixteen studies were included for meta-analysis,involving 1 139 patients with GST,of whom 578 cases with LECS and 561 cases with OPEN for treatment.Compared to OPEN,LECS experienced lower intraoperative blood loss (WMD=-62.01,95％CI:-67.91--56.10,P＜0.05),shorter time of postoperative flatus(WMD=-48.76,95％CI:-63.08--34.43,P＜0.05),earlier postoperative feeding(WMD=-1.71,95％CI:-2.21--1.22,P＜0.05),shorter length of hospital stay (WMD=-4.28,95％CI:-5.24--3.33,P＜0.05),and less postoperative complications(OR=0.17,95％CI:0.10-0.28,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in operative time between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery for resection of gastric stromal tumors is safe and effective.关键词
