子痫前期患者光电容积指脉搏波特征参数变化的研究
Characteristic parameters of photoplethysmography pulse wave in patients with preeclampsia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the application of potoplethysmographic pulse wave in women with preeclampsia.Methods One hundred and eight women in the third trimester were recruited,including 36 women of normal pregnancy (group 1),36 women who develop preeclampsia subsequently (group 2) and 36 women with preeclampsia (group 3).The photoplethysmography pulse wave was assessed in three groups.The area difference ratio (ADR),photoplethysmography amplitude(PPGA) and pulse beat interval(PBI) were compared among the three groups.Results Compared with groups 1 and 2,the ADR was decreased in the group 3,(P＜0.05),but not PPGA and PBI;while there was no significant difference in ADR between group 1 and group 2.Conclusion ADR is associated with the preeclampsia,but potoplethysmographic pulse wave can not predict the development of preeclampsia.关键词
