油酸钠体系下方铅矿和黄铁矿的可浮性
Floatability of pyrite and galena in the presence of sodium oleate
摘要
Abstract
The floatability and adsorption mechanism of sodium oleate on galena and pyrite were studied by flotation solution chemistry calculation,potentiostatic test and infrared spectroscopic analysis.The results show that galena has good floatability in pH range of 6.0-11.5 in the presence of sodium oleate.But when pH value is over 12.0,the floatability of galena decreases sharply.pH has little influence on the floatability of pyrite which is very poor in a wide pH range.In pH range of 6.0-10.0,oleate ion-molecule association complex is an effective component when sodium oleate collects sulphide ore.When pH value is 10.0,the absorption peak of lead oleate is found on the galena surface after reacting with sodium oleate.By contrast,there is no obvious ferric oleate absorption peak on the pyrite surface.关键词
