Abstract

Objective:To study the main effective constituents of six cultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium which cultivated in Henan,to provide the theor" basis for safe production of Chrysanthemum morifolium in Henan province.Methods:Collected the first picking time Chrysanthemum morifolium flos,steamed green and dried.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,soluble protein,amino acids,trace elements of six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium were measured,cluster analysis and the TOPSIS method were used to evaluate the main effective constituents.Results:There were obvious difference in content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,soluble protein,trace elements in six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinicacid in six cultivars of Chrysanthemum rnorifolium had reached the minimum standards which prescribed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015).Conclusion:There are differences on the main effective constituents of Chrysanthemum morifolium between different cultivars,the reason is mainly because of genetic differences,the Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘ Hangju’ cultivated in Henan has the better internal quality.
