摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM)fungi on the rhizome quality and components of steroid saponin from rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanetsis under water stress.Methods:The iuner rhizome quality and content of steroid saponin from rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were observed after AM fungi inoculated in potted trial.Results:Compared with the control group(CK),after AM fungi inoculated under water stress,there was no effect on the infection rate of mycorrhizal in the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.But the infection intension of mycorrhizal in the rhizome of Paris pol)phylla var.yunnanensis were strengthened and the rhizome quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were improved.The relative ratios of components of steroid saponin in rhizome were also changed in different degree.Conclusion:AM fungi inoculation under water stress helps to strengthen the infection intension in the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and to improve the rhizome quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis,and also affects the number of steroid saponin and the contents of key components in Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.
