中草药中4-香豆酸辅酶A连接酶的遗传进化分析
Genetic and Evolutionary Analysis of 4-Coumarate: CoA Ligase in Chinese Herbal Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To study the genetic evolution of 4CL gene in Chinese herbal medicine,and to lay a theoretical foundation for effective accumulation and regulation of flavonoids in Chinese herbal medicine.Methods:ClustalW 1.83,Mega 5.0,CodonW and DNAMAN etc were used to collect the part of Chinese herbal mnedicine in the 4CL for the construction of genetic evolution tree,codon preference analysis and amino acid conserved region analysis.Results:Different plants appeared in the form of gene family,and the expression of strong genes in plants could be inferred by using genetic codon usage analysis.Phylogenetic analysis showed that,compared with the model plant,Chinese herbal medicine 4CL gene may had the same function that did not have gene differentiation,while some had gene differentiatiou.Conclusion:Through the genetic evolution tree of 4CL gene,codon preference analysis and enzyme conservedregion analysis,it will provide theoretical support for the further study of the application of 4CL in Chinese herbal medicine.关键词
