牛尾菜根茎的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Roots of Smilax riparia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of roots from Smilax riparia.Methods:The column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatogarphy(HPLC) were used to isolate and purify the cotnpounds of n-butanol and ethyl acetate extract of Smilax riparia.The chemical structures were identified on basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data.Results:18 compounds were isolated and identified as erythro-4',5',7,9,9'-pentahydroxy-3-methoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan-3′-O-fβ-glucopyranoside (1),smilaside A (2),(7S,8S)-3-methoxyl-3'-O-β-D-glucopyrannosyl-4',8,5',7-diepoxyneolignan-4,9 ′-diol (3),umbelliferone (4),phlorigidoside B (5),7-O-methyl-10-oxy-thymol gentiobioside (6),norartocarpetin (7),diosmetin (8),lirioresinol-B-dimethyl ether (9),(+)-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (10),(+)-pinoresinol4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (11),syringin (12),benzoic acid (13),4-hydroxybenzoic acid (14),p-hydroxycinnamic (15),isovanilli acid (16),phydroxybenzaldehyde(17)and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(18).Conclusion:Compounds 1 ~12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
