云木香种子质量检验规程及分级标准研究
Study on the Procedure of Seed Quality Testing and Seed Grading Standard of Saussurea costus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To formulate the procedure of seed quality testing and seed grading scale of Saussurea costus.Methods:The seed sampling,seed purity,seed moisture,1 000-seed weight,seed vitality and germination rate,the seed quality testing procedures of Saussurea costus were established.The seeds quality from 51 regions was detected,and developed the seed grading standard of Saussurea costus with the method of correlation analysis,principal component analysis (PCA) and K-clustering.Results:The seed vitality,water content and germination rate were the main indexes of seed quality classification,and the seed purity and 1 000-seed weight are the sec ondary reference indexes.Conclusion:The seed vitality,germination rate,seed purity and 1 000-seed weight of 1 grade seed is higherthan 94.5 ％,87.1％,97.5％ and 24.5 g,respectively,and water content is less than 9％.However,the seed vitality,germination rate,seed purity and 1 000-seed weight of 2 grade seed are 80.1％ ～94.4％,62.1％ ～87％,92.1％ ～ 97.4％,22.1 ～24.4 g,respectively.The others are unqualified seeds.关键词
