Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Morinda officinalis on kidney-yang deficiency infertility rats induced by adenine,and the effects of salt products on the reproductive function of rats.Methods:Using adenine rats model of kidney yang deficiency,using ELISA method to observe the changes of FSH,LH,T,GnRh,E2 and Cr in serum of rats and testis,semninal vesicle gland and kidney coefficient calculation.Immunohistochemical was used to detect the expression of CYP19 and P450arom in the testis of rats.Results:CYP19 and P450arom were expressed in rat testes,and the expression of P450arom in model control group was lower than that in normal control group(P < 0.05),CYP19 was higher.The expression of CYP19 and P450arom in the salt products group was significantly lower and higher than that in the model group(P < 0.01).The contents of FSH,LH,T and GnRh in serum of rats in different drugs groups were increased,and the contents of E2 and Cr were significantly decreased.The effect of salt products group was most obvious.Conclusion:Morinda officinalis has good effect on tonifying kidney-yang and supporting yang,it can improve the reproductive function in rats.The raw products have significant differences which salt products has the best effect,and the results can provide scientific evidence for clinical rational use of Morinda officinalis.
