摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study alkyl glycosides from n-butanol fraction of Polygonum capitatum herbs.Methods:Chemical constituents were repeatedly isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20,ODS C18and MCI gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified by spectral analysis,which were compared with spectral data reported in the literatures.Results:Seven compounds were isolated from n-butanol fraction of the whole plant,and identified as 1-O-buty1-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),1-O-butyl-α-D-glucofuranoside(2),1-O-butyl-β-D-glucofuranoside (3),2-O-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (4),3-O-buty1-β-D-fructopyranoside (5),2-O-butyl-α-D-fructofurano-side(6) and 2-O-butyl-β-D-fructofuranoside(7).Conclusion:Compounds 1 ~5 are obtained from this plant for the first time,compounds 1 ~3 and 5 are obtained from Polygonum genus for the first time,compounds 1 ~3 and 5 are obtained from Polygonaceae family for the first time.
