匙羹藤果实化学成分的分离与结构鉴定
Study on Chemical Constituents of Fruit of Gymnema sylvestre

Abstract
Ohjective:To study the chemical constituents of fruit from Gymnema sylvestre.Methods:Silica gel chromatography was used for the isolation and purification,the structures of the chemical constituents were identified on the basis of mass spectrometry,NMR spectroscopy.Results:Nine chemical constituents were identified as nonacosane (1),β-amyrin cinnamate (2),3β-24-methylene-9,19-cyclolanostan-3-ol (3),lupeol cinnamate (4) 、β-sitosterol (5),stigmasterol (6),stigmasterol-3-O-glucoside (7),conduritol A (8),3β,8,12β,14β,17,20-hexahydroxy-14β,17α-pregn-5-ene(9).Conclusion:Compunds i ~ 3,9 are isolated from the fruit of Gymnema sylvestre for the first time.关键词
