广西汉族人群MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性与深静脉血栓的研究
Study on MTHFR and MTRR gene polymorphism and deep venous thrombosis in Guangxi Han population

Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between MTHFR and MTRR gene polymorphism and deep vein thrombosis in Guangxi Han population,and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:90 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs of Guangxi were selected as the study group.In the same period,90 cases of normal Chinese people in Guangxi were selected as the control group.The MTHFR and MTRR gene polymorphisms of the two groups were analyzed by the specific primer-related polymerase chain reaction polymorphism (PCR),to compare the genotype and allele-related distribution frequency data of the two groups of researchers.Results:The frequency of CC,TT,CT genotype and allele C and T of the MTHFR gene in the study group were 41.1％,32.2％,26.7％,54.4％ and 45.6％,respectively,compared with 55.6％,18.9％,25.5％,70.6％ and 29.4％of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The frequencies of AA,GG,AG genotype and allele A and G were 56.7％,18.9％,24.4％,68.9％and 31.1％,respectively,compared with 48.9％,14.4％,36.7％,66.7％ and 33.3％ of the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The deep vein thrombosis of the Han population in Guangxi may be related to the TT gene polymorphism of the 677 locus of the MTHFR gene,and the MTRR gene polymorphism may not correlate with the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis.关键词
