眼眶淋巴瘤影像学检查对照分析
A comparative analysis of imaging examination of orbital lymphoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of different imaging examinations for orbital lymphoma,to improve the diagnostic ability of this disease.Methods:The clinical data and imaging features,which included ultrasound、CT or MRI,of 36 cases (53eyes) patients with orbital lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively.To evaluate the accuracy of conventional ultrasound combination contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS),CT or MRI for the diagnosis of orbital lymphoma.Results:The accuracy rate of conventional ultrasound combination CEUS for the diagnosis of orbital lymphoma was 94.34％,while the accuracy rate of which was only 52.83％when using CT or MRI,the difference was statistically significant (P =0.000).Conclusion:For the accuracy rate of orbital lymphoma,conventional ultrasound combination CEUS is higher than CT or MRI.关键词
