子宫内膜癌组织中CA125和EpCAM的表达及与临床特征的关系

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of CA125 and EpCAM in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinical features.Methods:A total of 45 patients with endometrial carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected.At the same time,30 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal endometrium were selected as control study.Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of CA125 and EpCAM in endometrial lesions,and to analyze the relationship between the expression of CA125 and EpCAM and the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma.Results:The positive expression rates of CA125 and EpCAM in the normal control group,endometrial hyperplasia group and endometrial carcinoma group were significantly different (P1 =0.002,P2 =0.006).CA125 and EpCAM in endometrial tissue of high differentiation,muscular layer invasion depth more than 1/2 positive expression and FIGO stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage patients were significantly higher than the low rate of tissue differentiation,myometrial invasion depth ＜ 1/2 and FIGO stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients (P ＜0.05).In patients with different age and lymphatic metastasis,there was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of CA125 and EpCAM (P ＞0.05).The expression of CA125 was positively correlated with the expression of EpCAM (r =0.297,P =0.011).Conclusion:The expression of CA125 and EpCAM is related to the progression of endometrial lesions,by monitoring the expression of CA125 and EpCAM in patients with cancer,it has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis of cancer progression and prognosis.关键词
