多磺酸粘多糖乳膏促进面部激光术后创面恢复的疗效观察
Efficacy of hirudoid cream prescription on facial wound hyperpigmentation after laser operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of the Hirudoid cream prescription on facial wound pigmentation after laser operation.Methods:Total of 95 patients with facial pigmentation after laser operation,who were randomly divided into study group (49 cases) and control group (46 cases).Study group were topically treated with Hirudoid cream on the wound,twice a day,and control group were dealt with vaseline ointment,twice a day.The skin pigmentation,itching and adverse reaction were observed every month for 3 months.Results:The time of pigmentation spots faded in study group was (31.35 ± 7.08),and it was significantly shorter than control group (56.25 ± 16.76) (P ＜0.01).6 patients in study group (12.24％) felt itching in the begin month,and it was significantly less than control group (29 cases,63.04％)(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Hirudoid cream can significantly accelerate the recovery of facial pigmentation spots after laser operation,and effectively relieve the itching of the wound.关键词
