摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effect of Rose water decoction in mice.Methods:60 Kunming mices were randomly divided into high-dose group(0.50 g/kg),low-dose group ((0.25 g/kg) and blank control group,and administered with drugs at certain doses by gastric perfusion for 28 d.The time of hypoxia tolerance and the time of weight-bearing swimming were measured in each group of mice.The content of hemoglobin in blood and the content of lactic acid after weight swimming were detected.Results:Compared with the blank group,the high and low dose group had a significant difference in the prolonged hypoxia-resistance time in normal temperature(P < 0.05).The weight-bearing swimming time of mice in high and low dose groups was prolonged,but there was no significant difference in the low dose group (P > 0.05),and the high dose group had statistical significance (P < 0.05).The hemoglobin content of high and low dose group was increased,the high dose group had significant difference (P <0.05),and the low dose group had no significant difference (P > 0.05).The content of blood lactic acid decreased after weight-bearing swimming,and the change in high dose group was more than the low dose group.Conclusion:The decoction of rose water can remarkably improve the ability of anti-fatigue and anoxia-resistant in mice.
