传统急救模式与一体化急救模式在严重创伤患者中的临床价值对比
Comparison on the clinical value of traditional emergency model and integrated emergency model in the patients with severe trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional emergency model and integrated emergency model in the patients with severe trauma.Methods:168 patients with severe trauma treated with integrated emergency model were chosen as the observe group,147 patients with severe trauma received traditional emergency model were chosen as the control group.The length of stay,the effective treatment time,the treatment efficacy,the family satisfaction and the complication rates in two groups were compared.Results:The length of stay,the effective treatment time and the complication rate in observe group were obviously lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The successful rate of treatment and the family satisfaction score in observe group were obviously higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of integrated emergency model in treating the patients with severe trauma is better than that of traditional emergency model.The clinical value of integrated emergency model is obvious,which is worth promoting.关键词
