腹膜透析患者血浆白蛋白水平对残余肾功能的影响
Influence of plasma albumin level on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of plasma albumin (ALB) level on residual renal function(RRF) in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:72 cases of patients with PD were selected as the research object,for a period of 12 months of followup,RRF,the changes of plasma ALB and hs-CRP were monitored,24 h in urine ≤ 400 mL was the follow-up end point.Results:The plasma ALB in end point events group was lower than that without end point events group,hs-CRP level increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).RRF in plasma ALB change ＞ 1.52 g/L group was significantly lower than that of ALB change ＜ 1.52 g/L group,and hs-CRP was significantly higher,the difference was of statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Plasma ALB plays a protective role in the decreasing of RRF in patients with PD.关键词
