Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between the age of onset and the indexes of liver function,the indexes of cardiac muscle and the index of inflammatory factors in children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:75 cases of children with Hand foot mouth disease(HFMD)in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were included in the mouth disease group,75 cases of healthy age-matched healthy children as control group in our hospital in the same period,the expression level of the above indexes were compared between the two groups of children.According to the age of the disease group were divided into three groups,expression feature comparison the children of different age stages of the above index,and analyzed the correlation between the age and the above indexes between.Results:The levels of WBC,TNF-α and hs-CRP in the disease group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between WBC,TNF-α and hs-CRP alpha in Sanya group (P < 0.05),and ALT,AST and CK analysis showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).After further comparative analysis,WBC,hs-CRP in the Sanya group,7 ~ 12 year old subgroup and 0 ~ 2 year old subgroup,and the TNF-α in 7 ~ 12 year old subgroup and 3 ~6 year old subgroup had statistical significance (P < 0.05),but there was no statistical significance in TNF-α between 0 ~ 2 year old subgroup and 3 ~ 6year old subgroup (P >0.05).TNF-α and disease group with age had low positive correlation(0.3≤r <0.5,P <0.05),hs-CRP and disease group with age had a moderate positive correlation (0.5 ≤ r < 0.8,P < 0.05),WBC and disease groups were highly negative correlation between the age(0.8 ≤ | r|,P < 0.05),and there was no statistical correlation between AST,CK and ALT and disease group with age(| r| < 0.3,P > 0.05).Conclusion:Foot and mouth disease in children of age has certain correlation with ALT,AST,CK,WBC and the expression of TNF-α,hs-CRP,to some extent,it reveals the characteristics of the disease in children of different ages,this feature should be fully considered in clinical treatment,so as to improve the pertinence of treatment and provide guidance for the prevention of severe hand foot mouth disease.关键词
