Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of nerve-shares of the lateral cutaneous nerve block anesthesia under ultrasound guidance in patellar fracture operation.Methods:Clinical data of 80 patients with patellar fracture was retrospectively analyzed.Patients included were divided into two groups,experimental group (nerve-shares of the lateral cutaneous nerve block anesthesia under ultrasound guidance) and control group (lumbar anesthesia under ultrasound guidance),40 cases in each group.The levels of SBP,DBP,HR before and after anesthesia,motor and sensory blockade and the adverse occurrence rates between two groups were compared.Results:The levels of SBP and DBP at 5 min,10 min,15 min,30 min after anesthesia in experimental group were obviously higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The motion block duration in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group,and the duration of sensory blockade in experimental group was obviously higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse occurrence rate in experimental group (2.5％) was obviously lower than that in control group (42.5％) (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of lateral cutaneous nerve block anesthesia under ultrasound guidance in patellar fracture operation is obvious,and the safety is better,which is helpful for the postoperative analgesia and early functional training.关键词
