股骨颈骨折患者术后分期护理对髋关节功能的影响分析
Analysis of the influence of postoperative staging nursing on hip joint function in patients with femoral neck fracture

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of postoperative staging nursing on the function of hip joint in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:238 femoral neck fractures in our hospital were divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,119 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine postoperative care,and the patients in the observation group received staging nutsing care on the basis of routine nursing.The visual analogue score (VAS score),ADL score (ADL score),Harris score (score) were compared before and after nursing,and the complications and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,VAS score of two groups were decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in control group [(3.5 + 0.8) vs.(5.8 + 1.3)],ADLscore and Harris score in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than the control group[(83.3 ± 10.3) vs.(72.8-±8.9),(82.9-±8.3) vs.(65.7 ±7.1)],the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).After nmsing,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (8.4％ vs.28.5％),and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (95.0％ vs.79.8％),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative staging nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture,can relieve the pain of patients,effectively recover hip function,improve the ability of daily life,reduce the late complications,improve patient satisfaction,nursing effect is ideal which is worth promoting.关键词
