摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the early rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)associated with coronary heart disease(CHD) emergency interventional therapy undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:124 patients with CHD undergoing PCI in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group had 62 cases.In the control group,routine nursing measures were taken after PCI,and the early rehabilitation nursing measures were performed in the study group.The postoperative complications and the quality of life scores at 3 months after operation were observed and compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications was 19.35％ in the study group,which was lower than that in the control group 38.71％ (P ＜ 0.05).The quality of life scores (social function,general life function,medical condition,comprehensive condition,condition and physical strength) were higher than those in the control group at 3 months after operation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease related AMI can effectively reduce the probability of complications and strengthen the quality of life,which is suitable for clinical promotion.关键词
