摘要

Abstract

This paper proposed a current sensor with cross core-winding structure of excitation winding. The special core-winding structure can effectively overcome the transformer effects to decrease the noise coupled to feedback winding and possibly coupled to the primary winding,which is helpful to improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the sensor. A prototype of the sensor was designed after simulation analysis. Test results show that,with the cross core-winding structure,the influence of hysteresis effects is also reduced and the sensitivity is improved. The relative error of the designed sensor is less than 0.4% in the range from 0 up to 30 A.
