基于风火网非合作博弈的电力市场均衡模型
Equilibrium Model of Electricity Market Based on Non-Cooperative Game of Wind Farms, Thermal Power Plants and Power Grid Company

Abstract
Adjusting energy structure with market tools and promoting accommodation of wind power from supply side now are consensus of researchers in China and abroad.Key step to address the problem is to protect legitimate interests of participants and make them accommodate wind power actively.In this paper,a three-party non-cooperative game model was constructed based on Nash equilibrium,main factors influencing utility of each players were concretely analyzed,and dispersed point pattern and chain net model were proposed.Analysis result shows that transaction service fee charged by power grid companies,surplus electricity price and penalty paid by thermal power plants may change transaction mode.Government subsidies for wind power,power generation cost of wind farms and thermal power plants,and average electricity purchasing cost of power grid companies will affect utility value of the players,but make no effects on distribution of Nash equilibrium dots.关键词
