60份盐粳188空间诱变育成株系的稻米品质性状比较
Comparative analysis of rice quality trait on 60 aeronautical mutagenic bred lines of Yanjing 188
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of space mutation on North japonica rice,variation on rice quality trait of high generation proge-nies of Yanjing 188 after space mutation was analyzed. The result indicated that trait quality of progenies of Yanjing 188 after space mutation occurred variation,with variation coefficient ranging from 1.94% to 37.48%. The quality trait showed bidirectional separa-tion. Some traits were significantly or extremely significantly different from CK. According to breeding objectives,5 strains with bet-ter taste value were selected. In conclusion,it was confirmed that aeronautical mutation breeding can be a good alternative for breed-ing and quality improvement for japonica rice breeding practice.关键词
