Abstract
Objective To explore the effects and adverse reactions of Xihuang capsules combined with cell immunity in the treatment of the pain in the patients with advanced cancer. Methods 200 Patients with advanced cancer treated in our hospital from March in 2013 to January in 2015 were enrolled. They were divided into A, B, C and D groups, each of the groups had 50 patients. Group A only reccived xihuang capsules. Group B only received DC-CIK cell immunotherapy. Group C received Xihuang capsules combined with DC-CIK cell immunotherapy. Group D received Xihuang capsules combined with CIK cell immunotherapy. The thera-peutic effects of all the patients were recored. Results The total effective rate in group C was 90%, which was significantly higher than that in group A (50%), group B(58%) and group D(74%). There was statistically significant difference(P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was 10%, which was significantly lower than that in group A(30%), group B(24%) and group D (18%). The patients who received DC-CIK cell immunotherapy had mild fever, but they improved after the appropriate care timely. There was statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Xihuang capsules combined with DC-CIK can relieve the pain effectively, reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality life of the patients with advance cancer.关键词
