老年男性原发性骨质疏松症的发生情况及其影响因素
Incidence and influencing factors of primary osteoporosis among elderly males
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of primary osteoporosis among elderly males. Methods The bone density of femoral neck was detected among 500 elderly males. A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the risk factors of primary osteoporosis among elderly males. Results The incidence rate of primary osteoporosis was 27. 2％(136/500),and the rate increased with the increasing age(P<0. 05). The result of multivariate analysis showed that age,body mass index,and history of calsium supplement or vitamin D intake were the influencing factors of primary osteoporosis in elderly males(P<0. 05). Conclusions Elderly males have a higher incidence rate of primary osteoporosis. Higher risk for primary osteoporosis is observed in elderly males who are very elderly, with low body mass index,or with inadequate intake of calcium or vitamin D.关键词
