摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic anteromedial bundle contraction and posterolateral bundle reconstruction with remnant preserving technique for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injury. Methods Twenty patients with anteromedial bundle injury and posterolateral bundle rupture of ACL of knee joint underwent arthroscopic anteromedial bundle contraction and posterolateral bundle reconstruction with remnant preserving technique. Before and in 1-year follow-up after operation,the Lysholm score,Tegner activity score, and the results of anterior drawer test,pivot shift test and Lachman test were compared between preoperation and postoperation. Results The Lysholm score and Tegner score after one year of operation were higher than the preoperative scores(P<0. 05),the postoperative results of anterior drawer test,pivot shift test and Lachman test were superior to the preoperative results(P<0. 05). Conclusion Arthroscopic anteromedial bundle contraction and posterolateral bundle reconstruction with remnant preserving technique can achieve a better short-term efficacy for ACL injury.关键词
